Hi, my name is Jay Shamieh and this is my Family Cookie Outlet store.
The Outlet store was established in 2009 but the Family Cookie Company has been happily baking cookies since 1977. Our most famous cookie has been eaten as part of a Bay Area icon, the It’s-It Ice Cream Sandwiches, made by Burlingame-based It’s-It Ice Cream Co. We proudly offer It’s-It Ice Cream products at our outlet store.
It’s-It is a scoop of vanilla (or mint, chocolate and cappuccino) ice cream sandwiched between two of our large, old-fashioned oatmeal cookies, all of which is then dipped in dark chocolate. In addition to the four flavors of It’s-it Ice Cream, we also offer Super Sundae, Big Daddy, Super Cone and Chips IT!
Along with It’s-It Ice Cream products, we are also proud to offer Stella’s Gourmet pre-formed cookie dough. These cookies are often sold for fundraising activities but they are good for any occasion. The cookies are small circles of cookie dough which are then frozen and then placed into boxes. They are available in five different flavors – oatmeal raisin, chocolate chunk, peanut butter, snicker doodle and white chocolate macadamia.
